This year, in the CRAFT OF THE YEAR, Craft Beer Competition organized by Browamator since 2007, the Witbier brewed by Paweł won gold! The competition was considerable—113 Polish craft breweries submitted 819 beers across 65 categories! Congratulations!

Brewery Nowa Wytwórnia has been operating at Fabryczna 13 since November 2021 and brews many craft beers that attract not only beer enthusiasts but are also appreciated by brewing experts in competitions and reviews. Paweł Poręba has been associated with Nowa Wytwórnia since its inception as Head Brewer—he is a professional and home brewer with years of experience, an engineer in Brewing and Malting, educated at the Agricultural University in Krakow.
