FABRYCZNA 13 is a modern service and recreational complex located in the restored buildings of the Vodka Factory, later Polmos Distillery, built in the 1930s.
On site you will find unique restaurants, a café and a cocktail bar in one walkway, connected by a large garden. In the walkway between the booths you will also find Bar 13 with a lounge area filled with comfortable loungers and poufs – the perfect place for an aperitif. Visitors looking for original attractions will be delighted by the Vodka Factory Museum, which features exhibits collected during the revitalisation of the site. For the active, the doors are opened by the Fabryka CIAO , a boutique gym with fitness classes and a full-size swimming pool, enriched by the offer of a saunarium and salt cave. Fabryczna 13 is also a meeting place for business and the organisation of spectacular events – the designer Fabryczna CKF_13 Conference Centre is located on level -1. The main investor in Fabryczna 13 is the well-established, Krakow-based property development company InterBud Group, which is annually awarded in the real estate industry for its innovative solutions for residents and businesses. The revitalisation of the area formerly occupied by the Polmos Distillery is one of the successful projects of renovating buildings in Krakow and giving them a second life.

Fabryczna and the surrounding area are in parking zone C (C16 to be exact) – payable at parking meters set up all over Fabryczna Street and the surrounding area. In Fabryczna City you will be able to park for a fee in an underground parking lot – entrance from the access to the Mercure Fabryczna Hotel – number of spaces limited.

Smoking is harmful, but it is allowed in the gardens of individual restaurants and designated places in the arcade.
Every restaurant is accessible in a wheelchair. The toilets are accessible by an elevator in the passageway, there are ramps and WCs for the disabled. Our staff will be more than happy to help anyone. Just a word and we will provide the necessary assistance.
I have water bowls for the pets but no runs or places to walk them.
Each restaurant has a children’s offer. We have a playground for children in the arcade.
There will be bicycle racks on both sides of the entrance to the arcade.

The restaurants will have an allergen card upon request. Any restaurant can offer food without gluten, lactose or any other allergen, but please check the menu. We do not have the ability to prepare a meal for celiac patients due to the presence of flour in the kitchen.
